The precision SEASEEDER for seaweed has been tested thoroughly over the last season in the SEAMARK project, resulting in excellent direct seeding and uniform developed cultivation lines! We have developed two versions of the machine, a manual or winch-pulledsystem with a capacity of 1000 m/hr and a High-Speed version which seeds 3600 m/hr! Both machines can be either operated on land or on board of the vessel at sea. The machine is capable to seed at high precision any seaweed fragment, gametophyte or sporophyte smaller than 1 mm on a rope and add a glue for adherence.
